Laurice E. Callao-Soriano is a seasoned real estate professional and entrepreneur, currently serving as President of Golden Crest Real Estate Inc. and Resources Exchange Center Inc. (RECI). She is also the Managing Director of Callao Soriano Realty, where she brings over two decades of industry experience.
A licensed broker since 2011, she earned her degree in Management Accounting from Ateneo de Davao University, where she also pursued MBA units.
Her real estate career began at Damosa Land Inc., where she served as Leasing Manager and Sales Director, helping establish major developments in Davao City.
Laurice is a proud Billionaire Club member and an accredited broker of Arthaland, known for her dedication to sustainable, ethical, and visionary real estate leadership.
