She passed the PRC Licensure Exam for Real Estate Brokers in 2011 and earned her Bachelor of Science in Management Accounting Degree in Ateneo de Davao University, Davao City in 2001.
She has also earned MBA units in the same University.
She worked as Leasing Manager of Damosa Land Inc., for 9 (2004-2013) years and helped establish the Business Center in the Northern part of Davao City, the Damosa Gateway, Damosa Market Basket, and Damosa IT Park, all within the Anflocor Commercial Complex.
She also worked as Sales Director of Damosa Fairlane, an exclusive subdivision and the first Real Estate project of Damosa Land Inc.
She now works full-time as managing Director of Callao-Soriano Realty.
Callao Soriano Realty was formally established on July 25, 2012 under DTI No. 01797648.
However, their background in Real Estate Industry traces way back in 1970’s when the late grandfather of Ms. Laurice E. Callao-Soriano, MR. LAUREANO CALLAO, SR., was the then President of Realtors Boards in Davao City.
As a young student then, Ms. Soriano was exposed to Property Leasing as the designated Administrator of their Commercial Building and works part-time in their family owned beach resort in Davao City.
With solid background in Real Estate Industry, Spouses Soriano formally established Callao Soriano Realty in 2011. Their presence in the field of Real Estate was immediately felt and recognized due to their hard work, dedication and passion for excellence.
Thus, in 2015, Callao Soriano Realty have grown enough and opened The REAL Hub, a One-Stop shop that will cater the needs of the Real Estate Practitioners in Davao City.
True enough, Callao Soriano Realty has gone a long way. Today, it continues to look forward for bigger heights as it does not stop to nurture, develop, and promote the skills and talents of all its members.
